Our guests are housed together in comfortable, purpose-built accommodation. We provide them with high quality food, entertainment, individual care and, of course, plenty of love!
Viewings
Please come and visit our cat hotel to be sure that Chateau Vallon is the perfect choice for you and your cat. Viewings are by appointment only. Please contact us by telephone or email.
Check-in & Check-out
We will try our best to tailor check-in and check-out times to suit our clients.
In the unlikely event your cat has not been collected within 5 days of the agreed check-out date, a decision to rehome the cat will be made.
Days Charged
Payment in cash, paid either in full at check-in or 50% on arrival and 50% on departure.

Health & Vaccinations
Your cat should be in a fit and healthy condition and have proof of vaccination against Feline Influenza, Enteritis and Feline Leukaemia.
Your cat should also have been treated against fleas, ticks and worms up to two weeks prior to their arrival date.
All male cats over 6 months old must have been neutered. We cannot accept unneutered female cats in heat.
Veterinary Care
If your cat should appear unwell whilst in our care we will enlist the services of our veterinary surgeon. Any veterinary fees incurred will be the responsibility of the owner and must be settled at check-out.
